Research & Evaluation Concept:-

         

Research is  the key for development. Many afforts are going on to achieve the objectives of quality Education for all under SSA.

Only Research can tell us the effect of these affects and future direction. Research work has been done by diet lectures, BRCc & BACs and Jan Shikshaks. In this year focus will be on Need based.

District will identify areas which needs more probing. They will propose subject by for researches to asses and evaluate educational processes in their district. They may be follow up studies.

·        To study the levels of skills development in various subjects and study about the factors affecting it.

 

·        To study the effectiveness of remedial teaching programme.

 

·        Comparative study of skill development of CWSN children in normal and special schools.

 

·        To study the role of lady teachers in girls education.

 

·        Comparative study of content knowledge, teaching and compentencies among the assistant teachers, Shiksha Karmies and Samvida teachers.

 

·        To study the use of TLM developed under the TLM Pothi scheme.

 

·        To study the capacities of Block Academic coordinators.

 

·        To study the problems and their soluations of slow learners.

 

·        To study the problems arising in various subjects at Middle level and their soluations.

 

·        To study the problems of girls out of school children, drop out children and slow learner.

 

Strategy Suggested:-

For proper and fruitful research work following two activities are suggested   

 

Capacity building programmes 

Capacity building programmes at every level are very mach needed. It may be in guidance of state level and national level institutions. These programmes help in creating awareness and understanding importance of research work.

 

Sharing and dissemination workshops:-

After 3-4 months  interval there will "Sharing workshops". These will be at JSK Block and district level. In these work shops Jan Shikshank. BRCs, BACs and DIET personals will share their experiences and disseminate research findings.
